Partner profile -
Edward Judge
Speciality:
Founding partner of Judge & Partners in 2005. Edward
has extensive experience of all manner of criminal cases
from simple road traffic matters to murder, rape, large-scale
drug importation and fraud. As a senior and experienced
criminal lawyer with 'higher rights of audience', he has
gained a wealth of experience in both practical and administrative
duties associated with large scale fraud and business
crime litigation. Enjoyed recent success in securing a
dismissal following transfer in the SSL
International PLC prosecution brought by the SFO
and a further attempt by the SFO to apply for a Voluntary
Bill of Indictment before the High Court of Justice.
